  Pizza is always mediocre, but today an employee that has been outside smoking was hacking up a lung outside the door to the point where it was causing a scene. He was gagging up spit all over the sidewalk and wiping his face with his shirt and hand. Of course he follows me in to hand me my pizza.

  Papa John's is one of our go-to places when we're craving pizza and need a quick and easy meal. The easiest way to order is through the app, where you can usually find their best deals and specials. Unfortunately, my husband and I have very different ideas about what belongs on a pizza, so we're usually a two-pizza household. 😂 I love The Works, while he's perfectly happy with pepperoni and cheese. They usually have a large specialty pizza deal along with a two-topping special that works perfectly for us. The staff at this location have always been friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. My one recommendation is pickup over delivery. That's not necessarily a problem specific to this location. Delivery services everywhere seem to squeeze as many orders as possible into each trip, and we've had pizzas take too long to arrive and show up cold. With pickup, I can head home as soon as the pizzas come out of the oven, and they're still hot and fresh when we eat them. 🍕😋 Good pizza, good deals, friendly staff, and definitely one of our regular choices when the pizza craving hits!

  Placed an order online. It confirmed prder was received and was being made. I get there and the lady said they was closed ( They werent when I placed the order ) I walked in and showed her the confirmation amd she argued with me and said it wasnt her problem. Then I told her to just make the pizza bc I showed her the confirmation. Its pretty simple. She just started to yell and raise her voice at me telling me its not her problem. Actually it is your problem. You work there. So then she starts cursing at me threatening to call the cops because I wanted the pizza I ordered and drove there to pick up. Why dont you do your job and let the customer know its not being made. Then I got the cancelation 8 mins after I left. She is pathetic! Fire her immediately!

  Papa John’s completely dropped the ball on my order, and I’m beyond done with the nonsense. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have sausage and banana peppers — simple enough. What I actually received was a joke. One single slice had all the banana peppers piled onto it like someone dumped the container and walked away. The slices on each side had maybe two peppers each. The rest of the pizza? Nothing. Not a single pepper anywhere. It looked like someone made the toppings while blindfolded. And when I tried to get this fixed, the real circus started. Uber Eats blames the restaurant. The restaurant blames Uber Eats. Neither one wants to take responsibility, neither one wants to make it right. Uber says they “can’t refund it” and the store has to handle it. The store says Uber has to handle it. It’s a back‑and‑forth blame game that they clearly expect customers to just give up on. I’m tired of playing this game. If Papa John’s can’t make a basic pizza correctly and both companies refuse to fix their mistakes, then they don’t deserve anyone’s business. Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish.
