  I ordered about forty dollars worth of pizza online from this particular restaurant. I called to inquire about where my order was. I was told that this particular location did not have my order. At the x for the phone number for the other location, the manager got extremely rude with me by stating, "I don't have time to look up a phone number for you. I have pizza in the oven. " when I asked her her name, whether or not she was the manager. She hung up in my face. When I called back, another manager answered the phone. And told me that they were not allowed to give out their names. However I still never received my pizza. I called to customer service who confirmed that my order was at this particular location and alfred. To give me a refund, which I never received. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN'S AGAIN. AS A MATTER OF FACT, DOMINO'S IS BETTER

  Never get any kind of quality here. Topping spread is inconsistent or otherwise skimpy. Second time trying this location and second time not impressed. It also seems like every topping is considered a 'premium' even things like bacon and beef.

  One guy who ruins the whole thing. Customer came to pick up his online order - it was sitting right there on a counter for a while. Staff sees him perfectly, ignores him, starts doing some useless stuff like counting boxes for like a minute with such an emptiness in the eyes. Pretty sure that was done on purpose. By the employee with 5-santemeners-long nails.

  Ever since the lady with the short hair has started working at this location, it has improved so much. The food is always hot and the restaurant is so clean.

  Placed the order to the wrong location. Order was immediately made at this location, and the employees cancelled the order for me at the wrong location. Awesome!
