- RRryan roseneau3 days ago2.0Pizza was burnt or darker than I wanted it. I feel like just heated up an older pizza. Pretty sure that what happened. I asked for jalapeño on one side which I got but they weren’t cooked with the pizza they were just thrown on top ask cooking. I should have looked at the reviews before buying from this papa johns.

Given that it was such a large order, I know it wasn’t easy but the store manager was beyond patient and helpful. The food was hot and ready to go when I got there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!
- TGTerri GMar 22, 20265.0I visit this Papa Johns on Statesville Rd in Charlotte NC because it's near my home, as well as it has a drive thru which is most definitely convenient. I've been using this location for about a year and I don't have any complaints. My pizza is always fresh and exactly how I order it. The staff has always given me excellent customer service. And also the guy ERIC who is mostly running the drive thru when I visit, has always provided me with great customer service. He's courteous and kind. A joy to speak with. He always asks me about one of my stuffed animals in my back seat, (SLEEPY Dwarf)! Again, I have NO complaints and will continue to use only this location for my pizza and brownie needs!!

The manager, “Twan” was rude condescending and extremely nasty regarding my order. I will be sending pictures and videos to their corporate office. This store is a mess.
