  Where do I start. I orders 2 Victory Filets both with sweet potatoes and house salads. One of the potatoes would be normal with honey butter cinnamon and brown sugar. The other was extra for all these.The salads ordered,one had no tomatoes and the other no cheese.when I arrived at 4:10, I entered my to space number which was #1. I waited 10 minutes before I call the number on the sign. A store associate said it was ready and had been ready for some time now. Note the app said it was ready at 3:38pm so did my receipt.I got my order home and this is what I found. No honey butter cinnamon and sugar,NONE! I found no butter for the bread, NONE! Both salads had cheese. One should not have. And there was no steak sauce. The food was half and half. The bread was so hard on the outside it couldn’t be eaten. The salads had lettuce with brown spots. The steaks were the only part of this that were perfect . Bravo to the steak person 😀!There is a lot of room for improvement that need to be made because I’m sure it’s a team effort and our food went through a few different checks, You all dropped the ball on this order. This meal for 2 people cost $77.52 plus a $5.00 tip because it was picked up. $82.52 was the total.Would like to see how Outback can make this right.

  Coming here was the worst experience. 1- The African American woman at the front desk speaks so quietly that only she knows what she's saying. 2- The food takes a long time; the fries were super salty—inedible—and the meat was horrible: tough, tasteless, and poorly cooked. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE RESTAURANT IS THE BLUE-EYED WAITRESS—SHE WAS SUPER KIND.

  The worst experience ever...Terrible service the sever was inattentive never brought bread to the table. Sides were missing of multiple plates at my table. It took over an hour to get our food and even longer to get the check. Do NOT GO THERE, you will be disappointed. Reminder to all servers in AMERICA your tips are based on your SERVICE. BAD SERVICE EQUALS NO TIP. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE.

  We arrived at 12pm. At 1:30 I asked the server when our food would be out and at that time explained there was only one person cooking. She never offered us an option to leave or how long it was going to take to get our food. She only came once to refill glasses in the hour and a half we waited for our food. There were 13 people in our group and all were very patient and understanding. The people who ordered soup and salad received their meal earlier so that when the rest of the food came out they had to sit and watch everybody else eat. No compassion was shown that we had to wait that long to eat. Nothing was offered to hold us over until our food came. No manager ever came to apologize or empathize with us for a two hour delay for food. We had good company and were among friends otherwise I would have left and never returned. I didn’t leave but I will never go back to eat there again. Horrible just horrible!

  I had the unfortunate experience to be of patronage at this particular location on Friday 7/24/26 and I assure you that the only thing that was blooming was their onion. After being ignored by the seemingly solo manager that not only accomplished to completely ignore our “call ahead seated” slot and seat everyone else around us, but she completely dropped the ball and failed to be the leader that this location needed during a busy Friday service. Our server, Ashley, did the best she could to rectify the situation, but even the best troops will fail under subpar leadership. Dinner took over an hour and a half and the manager, by the request of Ashley, only came over once to acknowledge the wait by commenting that they wanted to make sure my med rare salmon was cooked appropriately… all elements of dinner were extremely overcooked… please make it make sense. The icing on the cakeless event was that the staff seemingly lost steam and forgot that I requested celebration of both my parents 42nd anniversary and my dad’s birthday, which was ironically the only win because after 3 hours of being there the last thing we wanted was loud noise from their poorly maintained machine. Send S.O.S to the Outback and God Bless 🤷🏾‍♂️
