  Worst steak I've ever had in the USA , server was slow, waited 35 minutes for an inedible prime rib. Manager was supposed to come out, but the cook showed up. Waited 15 minutes for no steak & no server. Paid & left. Never to return. Go to Texas Roadhouse.........

  Horrible place to eat, service was terrible, didnt get serve until an hour, never returned since. Manager offer free food to make it right though.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars, especially for Heather! I want to take a moment to specifically recognize the manager Heather at Outback for the exceptional way she handled a situation that could have easily left me frustrated with my experience What impressed me most was that she didn’t simply treat it like another customer complaint to check off a list. She listened, took the situation seriously, followed up personally, and made sure I knew that my experience mattered. That level of accountability and customer care makes a huge difference in today’s business I sincerely hope management sees this review and recognizes Heather for what she brings to the team. Employees who take the initiative to personally follow up with a customer, take ownership, and turn a disappointing experience into a positive one are worth recognizing. Thank you, Heather, for caring enough to make things right. You represented Outback exceptionally well, and your customer service deserves to be recognized.

  The waitress my son and I had was amazing. She was very attentive to what we needed. The food was good but my son had a 8 oz sirloin that was tough to eat. I enjoyed my lobster tails amd sweet baked potato. I forgot to enter my phone# for my rewards but I did send an email so I will see if my reward points get added. The bathroom was clean.

  First visit since moving to the area 4 months ago. I was really disappointed. The waitress was attentive, but everything from appetizers to dinner took weeks to come from the kitchen. They had plenty of staff stepping all over each other and not a huge crowd at all. Order the prime rib rare and rib and chicken plate. Prime rib came more medium than even medium rare, order broccoli well steamed and it came crunchy. Ribs were okay but not falling off the bone but good. Best thing was the BBQ chicken breast that came with the ribs. Being the first visit and the limited option s in this area, will probably give it one more try hopefully this will be just a one off visit.
