  Me and my girlfriend just ate here, the hostess was extremely polite and had a great energy, she told my girlfriend she looked very cute which made her feel amazing. There was another host named Ryan that held both doors as we were coming out which takes a lot of effort, and he told us to have a better one when we said have a good day, that shows a care for customers that doesn’t go unnoticed. Ryan has a very successful future ahead of him.

  Steaks did not even taste like cow. Waitress not smart forgot my sides entirely and brought out a drink we did not even order. I tried to feed to my dogs and they wouldn't even eat it. Wasted $120 here. Won't go back.

  Had a nice waiter name Ceasar, I ordered asparagus and my nephew ordered broccoli which they forgot to bring out with our entree. Ceasar made good on it before we left.

  I’m writing to share my experience on 4/22/2026. Me and my family went out to eat to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and this experience was AWFUL. First I’ll start off by saying the customer service was absolutely terrible. My server was Jessica and from the moment I sat down to the moment I left I felt disgusted due to the way I was treated. I decided to communicate with the manager (Raven) when I left and she gave me a response that no manager should give to a customer. I understand trying to stand up for your employees but when you’re just being selfish and inconsiderate of the customers feelings it makes the situation even worse. I would also like to add on that I personally would never eat here again especially with it being my first time. Their kitchen is atrocious and they have a sanitary score of 85.5. Please tread carefully when visiting this location.

  I usually enjoy outback steakhouse so I chose to come here to celebrate. This recent visit was just terrible. The service from the beginning was awful. We sat waiting for our waitress for 10 min so then we had to ask the manager to get our waitress. When our waitress came to our table we noticed she had passed us several times without even acknowledging us. She never introduced herself, never said hello, just went straight into what do you want. Our steak was supposed to be medium but it came out well done with only pepper for seasoning. It was so dry and tasteless. I couldn't even eat my steak and thankfully was taken off. My husband made it clear we should have gone to Texas roadhouse like he had suggested. I will definitely be listening to him for now on.
