Went for brunch. The food was great. The outdoor patio location is very nice - well shaded with artificial and natural shade.
The portions are pretty big for the crunchwrap and in general. The prices reflect that. There are also desserts and drinks for sale.
There are many other restaurants, bars, and attractions around here which is a nice bonus.

We just visited for the first time ever and ended up coming back the next day for another breakfast. Their outdoor seating area is so pleasant, and their lattes were so yummy. If they have the Tirimisu Latte special available when you go, get it!!!
The food was great. We love supporting vegan establishments, and we love having lots of vegan options to choose from! Thank you!

What a great experience I love the vibe here plus such friendly staff and management. I had been looking for an excellent vegan spot plus the south African flavors were incredible.

This was recommended to us by our hotel manager. It did not disappoint! Incredible food, service and ambiance!

Came to Oh My Soul and ordered the Macho Nachos. The chips were a bit stale, soft, no crunch, & tasted like cardboard after chewing them. The only chips that were somewhat edible were the ones soaked under the toppings. Mind you, they were $30 because of a 15% service charge that they charge every customer.
What bothered me more than the food was the response from staff/management. I politely let them know the chips tasted stale, and instead of simply acknowledging the issue, they argued with me & tried to tell me the chips were “fresh” because they were supposedly made a couple hours earlier. Chips start oxidizing in 30 min by the way. One employee even tried a chip herself and still insisted nothing was wrong.
The owner tried them too and came over and said the same thing along with the fact that he’s been in the restaurant business for 6 years but with that attitude, I don’t understand. He’s not receptive to feedback and he was very condescending.
I’ve eaten at plenty of restaurants and know the difference between fresh tortilla chips and stale ones. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re crazy for giving simple feedback. Oh and the chips they remade actually fresh and exactly how they were supposed to be. Ironic right??? Even after she bought the fresh chips, she still tried to say that they were the same even though the other chips were cooked hours before those. Make it make sense. 🤯
This isn’t my first issue here, but the dismissive attitude and lack of accountability made this experience worse than it needed to be. A simple apology, replacement and better customer service could’ve solved everything. Last time for sure.
