  I tried the chicken salad croissant and it was amazing. The bagels are truly NY style bagels and everything in there is awesome. The atmosphere is awesome and the owner is awesome. He is in there working right alongside his employees. The place is awesome and the food is even better. I'd recommend the chopped cheese. I'd recommend anything in there It's all good.

  The lox bagel sandwich is a pretty hefty price for a pretty hefty sandwich. It’s definitely a must try and a must share. Like share with another person and share some of the cream cheese with another bagel. This is my second time here and I would definitely come back if I wanted a good lox and bagel sandwich. Next time I’ll ask for a little less cream cheese.

  Just moved to Charlotte (from CHI and NYC before that) and was on the hunt for actually good bagels. Found this place on google and made the trip to pick up some everything bagels & cream cheese to-go. They didn’t disappoint! They toast up nice and crispy on outside with yummy soft inside. Bagels are really big. Only had the everything ones (so far, will be back to get others when I run out) but seasoning on them is great too. Recommend this spot if you’re looking for actual NY-style bagels!

  The bagels were absolutely delicious in the staff was so friendly. It's a small space but they have outdoor seating as well. My only negative comment is their online ordering system has some peculiar glitches. You have to put detailed notes on your order. I did ask for all the bagels to be sliced which I thought would be the norm and even though it was in my notes, they were not But no big deal.

  This was a rocky start for me. I was at work craving a bagel and all my efforts to find a NY bagel have been a miss. Saw this place, read some reviews, saw some pics and I was sold. I left work 10 min early so I could be there when they opened (long drive home and this was out of the way). Online it shows they open at 6. I got there and it was dim inside so I sat outside for a few minutes… things happen, I understand that. A couple of employees walked in, so at 10 after 6 I decided to walk in and ask if the time online was right. As I’m scanning to find someone to ask, I see a guy (I assume the owner) shaking his head no. I stand there for a second because maybe that wasn’t for me… because who doesn’t acknowledge a customer? A simple “hi, we are running a bit behind, give us a few minutes” or a “good morning, we’ll be open in a few.” But nope, it was for me, he shook his head a second time without a word. I felt very unwelcome there. I went back outside and contemplated, and ultimately I decided to stay because there was no way I was that hungry and drove that far out of the way to leave empty handed. Let me be clear, I wasn’t waiting that long. Maybe 15 minutes. That was ok, the wait wasn’t the problem, it was the cold “response” I received. But I’m glad I did stay. I ordered a bacon egg (over medium) and cheese on a plain bagel and a couple of flavored bagels for my family. I don’t know how they felt about them, but mine was delicious. I’m just pissed I didn’t get another bagel for myself. I’d definitely go back, I really want to try the pizza and the Reuben. It won’t be a morning stop for me, but I will be returning on my way in to work.
