  Always the best service, NYOSD rocks! Best pizza this side of Charlotte, awesome sandwiches (you gotta try the meatball). And if you want a great breakfast, their bagels are unbelievable!!

  Didn’t even ask if I wanted my bagel toasted just threw me a cold bagel. Can’t get much lazier than that. The food is good but you can’t expect them to make any effort it seems.

  I’m from Long Island and this place is no joke, been going every Sunday for a month now and getting a BEC with a hash brown and it’s legit every time. Best bagels around . Gotta go for pizza sometime soon

  My husband and I had been at a lengthy doctor’s appointment with our baby since 8:30AM. By about 10:30AM, we were both starving! While searching for something nearby, we came across this spot. My husband’s eyes locked onto the corned beef sandwich on the website like it was a long-lost childhood friend. We’re from Cleveland, so corned beef is practically a love language. The photo online looked exactly like the sandwiches we grew up eating, thick, juicy, stacked, and unforgettable. He was ready to wait until 11:30AM to order it. I wasn’t, so I left to grab smoothies to hold us over. On my way back, I decided to take a chance and stop by the restaurant. I asked if I could order the corned beef early ( it was around 11:00AM) and the woman at the register told me yes. Perfect. I ordered my turkey bacon egg and cheese and his corned beef, waited patiently (they were busy), grabbed our food, and headed back. We sat down, unwrapped our sandwiches at the same time like it was a mini celebration… and then reality hit. My husband’s $15 corned beef sandwich looked nothing …and I mean nothing… like the photo on the website. Not even distant cousins. Not even acquaintances. He took one bite before snapping a picture, but even with that bite missing, the disappointment was written all over his face. Hell I was disappointed for him. I haven’t had a corned beef sandwich in almost 15 years, but I know that smell, that taste, that look and this wasn’t it. Now, to be fair: The customer service was great, and my turkey bacon egg and cheese sandwich was delicious. The bagels are clearly fresh, and I genuinely enjoyed my meal. That’s the only reason this review isn’t one star. But the corned beef situation? You all have to do better. Paying $15 dollars for two pieces of corned beef should be a crime. Please make sure what’s advertised online matches what customers actually receive. When someone is excited for a nostalgic favorite; Especially one tied to home, it’s disappointing to unwrap something completely different. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
