  Came in for a burger and some nuggets, simple order.. when I got my bag i didnt have any nuggets and there was a mcchicken instead of a burger, mind you this bag had my receipt on it. The staff seemed mad at me for asking for the right items and the dining room was dirty as all. Only positive was the fries were hot at least

  It was a great service. Mike opened the door for my mom when he saw that we were parking in the handicap space then Janice took her order very promptly unfriendly.

  If I could 0 stars I would. I really hate that I have to give a -0 rating. I visited the establishment at about 1230 am FIRST Issue gentleman that took my order was not very nice. I was cordial and understand it is late closing time is at 1am however closing time is at 1AM if you do not like your work hours then speak to your manager. It was busy I was at last window received my order Only thing I needed was ketchup the gentleman gave me my order didn't ask if I needed anything I was at the window attempted to get the gentleman attention just to ask for ketchup. He was at the middle window and rudely in a nasty matter said WHAT so of course I responded with the same energy he gave me I asked for ketchup however due to his rudeness I requested my money back. The rep basically wanted to argue nope I'm not doing that just wanted my money back at that point. The gentleman asked for my card mind you I paid in cash and he gave me no receipt. Kept asking for a card. I asked what do you need a card for I paid in cash. He also said something like I was making him have a bad night. Mind you his energy and rudeness was the issue. Finally he gave me my money back. I took a picture of the gentleman but I will not post it MCDONALDS has the interaction on camera. I do not want him to lose his job however he needs customer service training If closing time is not cool or does not work for him maybe he needs early shift hours

  I wish I could rate this less than one star. RUDE, unsolicited disrespect and completely inept of understanding basic common courtesy. This is a disgusting place with disgusting people.

  Got to go order and asked if sauce was in bag and they said yes, and none was in there when got home. And fries were freezing
