    The young lady that handed me my food was rude as all hell. "May i have some ketchup" is literally all I asked. She cut her eyes and walked to the back... like I didn't do anything to you lady whats your issue. Luckily the young man that came in from taking out the trash was nice enough to hand me a couple packs for ny fish sandwich and fries.

    What I ordered was a double fish with extra tarter which cost additional money/ no extra tarter was added, Had to wait on the fish to cook they meanwhile they brought out old fries, they also put the wrong sauce in the bag, …..went in so they can correct the order and staff acted like it took everything in them to make my order correct( the staff looked like she wanted to fight) not to mention they take about 5 minutes to answer the speaker and there were no cars at the window so yes that was definitely 1 star service

    I had to go here to pick up a DoorDash order, there was no one in the front, and they have a curtain hanging so you cannot see in the back. I waited over 15 minutes for my order while customers came in after me and were served before me. The manager marked my DoorDash as ready but he would not bring it to the front. When I approached an employee about the order he was hesitant to give it to me. Then the manager made a rude comment about they only have one person working the front and I'm more than welcome to come back there and work, then he said he cannot be bothered with me. It is his job to pick up the slack when he does not have employees working the front. Do your job! I will be in contact with corporate. It is never okay to be rude to a customer because you are in a bad mood because you have to do some work you feel is beneath you. DoorDash customers are paying customers too. We all have a job to do and you were intentionally making other people's jobs harder.
