- KRKatharine RossApr 14, 20261.0only time i come here is when i'm delivering uber eats. they have a walk up window for you to pick up orders from and you will stand there and the employees ignore you. i’ll get tired of being ignored and go through the drive thru and they’ll tell me with attitude that i need to go to the walk up window. very rude employees.

Challenged charge at speaker and told didn’t see anything. Got a detailed receipt and there it is, $.60 for a small drink on a combo, not an extra drink. Went inside and asked for a refund. Manager said the “system” charged me that and not the person. If this is system charge then everyone is getting money skimmed by this procedure. Not ethical at all.
