  The slowest McDonald’s on the planet! I come to CLT several times a month and it’s usually a 20 minute plus wait for your food after you order! Nothing fast about this fast food!

  This location listed on Google Maps says it's open until 1am. I arrived at 12:35. No response on the speaker, pulled up to the window and saw no one inside. Places need to stop closing before their posted times. If you want to close earlier, change your hours, and make sure they are accurate on Google Maps, etc. Very disappointed because it's so close to home, and then I had to drive to a much further location.

  Pathetic excuse of employees. First they refused to accept my mobile order then purposely messed up my order because they are pathetic people. I’ll drive 10 min further to avoid this place. Third time this has happened.

  The customer service here is unbelievable. We went here tonight and we were all talking in the car having a good time and then they told us that we were yelling at them and then proceeded to say that they wouldn’t serve us and then the people in front of us said after they got their food after waiting 30 minutes they threw the food at them. It is a black girl with pink dreads. Unbelievable what this place has come to. Yall just hire anybody. Supposed to be fast food and yall take 30 minutes and treat customers like crap.

  I’m sitting in the McDonald’s parking lot typing this as I just left from the drive thru trying to order: ISSUE: it’s 10:19pm and the guy taking my order needs to work on his customer service etiquette. I attempted to order a crispy sandwich and upon me saying I wanted it with only tomato lettuce and onion, he let me know that it only has pickle and spicy sauce on it. That’s no problem at all for that info. Except he immediately and rudely says, “so what do you want?” My response was, “well dog gone, give me a chance… that’s alright, never mind”. I drove off. Maybe he should not be up front with customers interacting. Maybe it’s not his strength. Should he be just preparing food instead? I don’t know but this should immediately be corrected and called to the attention of all staff, including management
