One of the people working here during the 4:30–6:30 PM shift provided terrible service; they rolled their eyes at me when handing over my order. If they can't maintain a good attitude, they should look for a job that doesn't involve serving the public, especially since I never once showed any disrespect toward the staff.

I’m extremely disappointed with the continued issues at this McDonald’s location. I ordered the #2B and specifically requested my sandwich with ONLY ketchup, mustard, and bacon. Instead, I received a sandwich with mayo, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and ketchup—completely different from what I ordered. What makes this situation even more serious is that I am allergic to tomatoes. Because tomatoes were placed on my sandwich despite my specific order instructions, I cannot safely eat the sandwich at all. This is no longer simply an issue of preference or inconvenience; food allergies need to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, this is not the first time my order has been made incorrectly at this location. Mistakes can happen, but when incorrect orders become a repeated problem, it is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should be able to clearly state how they want their food prepared and reasonably expect to receive what they paid for—especially when an incorrect ingredient could present an allergy concern. I’m tired of having to check my food or discovering after leaving that my order is wrong yet again. This location seriously needs to improve its attention to order accuracy, employee communication, and quality control.

My experience at this McDonald's was very disappointing. I am hearing-impaired and I speak very little English. I politely asked the employee to be patient because the speaker volume was very low and I could not hear her clearly. Instead of trying to help me, she started yelling at me, which made the situation very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Because of the communication problems, my order was incorrect and included items that I did not ask for. I hope the staff receives better training on how to assist customers with disabilities and treat everyone with patience and respect.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, and nothing ever changes. Every single visit is a disappointment. The customer service is terrible, and it honestly feels like the employees don’t care about the customers at all. If you want to pay with cash, instead of helping you, they just tell you to use the kiosk like it’s your only option. Half the time nobody even acknowledges you when you walk in. The food quality is just as bad. The drinks are always flat and taste like watered-down soda, the burgers look like they were thrown together in seconds, and my order is almost never completely correct. There’s always something missing, something made wrong, or something I didn’t even order. It’s unbelievable how often they mess up the simplest orders. I’ve given this location chance after chance because I kept hoping it would improve, but it only gets worse. At this point, I leave expecting there to be a mistake because that’s how consistent they are at getting things wrong. It’s obvious that management isn’t paying attention because if they were, this place wouldn’t be run like this. This location seriously needs better training, better management, and employees who actually care about doing their jobs and treating customers with basic respect. People work hard for their money and shouldn’t have to deal with this every time they decide to eat here. I honestly don’t understand how this location continues to operate the way it does. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different McDonald’s if you have the option.
