  Original order taker was very polite but our order was wrong in a couple of ways. We didn’t receive fries we’d ordered. We ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal and it came with no cheese. The cheeseburger we did receive was mangled and not fresh. Very disappointing.

  I was paying for my coke and then the receipt fell on the floor and then she looked at me and gave me a side eye and said: sorry I’m not gonna pick that up . Like isn’t that her job ….

  I get it, good help is hard to find. But can we try to find literate workers? What’s missing from my Sausage egg and cheese bagel and what’s ON my bagel that’s not’s supposed to be there? I’ll give you a hint, ITS THE STAR OF THE SHOW. My god, you don’t even have to do better, just do the basics?

  Came through the drive through while not busy(4 cars). Ordered a large fry. When I got to the window They took my card and charged me $32. Didn’t confirm my order or nothing. I only noticed when she started grabbing drinks for me. I told her I only ordered a large fry and that she charged me wrongly. That person was fine but the mouthy order taker needs to learn professionalism infront of customers. Her response was “I didn’t take his order and I’m the only one taking orders” I guess she has no short term memory. They shut the glass and all I could hear was that same persons mouth just going off about something so silly instead of just saying she made a mistake. I felt like I was the annoying one even though I did nothing wrong. On top of that. When I got home They gave me a large fry half full.
