  My daughter always gets her food made special and she said this McDonald's food was great. They were also fast and friendly total time there, 6mins.

  Lipstick is the best. They always correct mistakes on orders, and are pretty quick!

  There entire morning shift went to hotbox a car with 10+ cars in the drive through waiting, and they gave me the wrong food. Would have left but was stuck between cars

  After working a 12 hr day. I just wanted to get some food and go home. I went to this McDonald's around 10pm. Didn't leave until 11:05pm. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes to get to the front of the drive thru to order. They ask me to wait. I said no problem. 30 to 40 minutes go by and nothing! I tried to call out to someone. No response. Cars started to leave. I decided to drive up to the windows since I have been waiting an hour to order. Once i pulled up to the windows he ask to me to wait and i did. When he finally came to the window he asked what did i order. I told him i have yet because i been waiting to order for an hour in front of the line. The worker said he won't take my order at the window. I explained that I have been waiting to order for an hour. I explained i was at the front of the line and even tried call out to someone. Honestly, the worker didn't care and he still said he won't take my order. He said I would have to go around and wait again. Before I moved, I noticed other cars behind me. They started taking order as soon as they saw me pull up to the window. That was completely unfair because I waited much longer then the people behind me and now I am the one to get asked to go around and wait in line to order again! I understand they were short staffed but I know they can take my order at the window because they done it before. I waited in front of the line patiently for an hour. They can see it on the cameras! The least they could have done was help me out since I waited. The whole time I didn't get inpatient with them and i waited my turn. To ask me to go around and wait again was just disrespectful. I left upset and emotional because I was tired and this was my first chance to finally eat something today. I was not going wait another hour because the line was long. Definitely not going back to this location.

  If I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolute TRASH. Every time I go there ( and I order ahead in the app) the staff can never find my order when I get there. They are very rude to their customers, especially under pressure. When I went to get my order I was looked dead in my face and told “We don’t have it in our system, move aside so I can assist the next customer”. Yeah that bad. The guy beside me said he also called in his order an hour before, so they could have plenty of time to get it ready …and it was nowhere to be found when he got there. While all this is going on… the computers went down, so they could not see their orders que. While multiple people were trying to get their orders that they already paid for… people were coming up to the counter and ordering, and instead of taking care of the people that paid already and helping them sort out their orders that were messed up… they just took on new customers. After I was rudely pushed to the side by some woman with a name tag labeled “LIPSTICK” … I tried talking to the other genius behind the counter and she told me I would have to place the order again. I was trying to show her my order number from my phone… she wouldn’t even look at it. Looked over my shoulder and proceeded to service the next customer. If you actually want to eat food and not be aggravated beyond your limits, find another place to eat. There are plenty of places in that area and eat better food.
