  How in gods green earth are you going to make your employees work in this heat with No ac??? This is disgusting and has been more than a one day issue. Do better

  Skimpy aah Sprite, this is basically theft when u pay an extra fee to upsize. The lady at the speaker was nice tho.

  Left my syrup out of my order no silverware no one can eat dry pancakes the eggs in the big breakfast had a distinct odor and we're runny how about do your jobs instead of being on your phones pay more attention to your job last time I order sick of wasting my money on food that is not worth eating

  SPOILED FOOD. Got the breakfast burrito and it had an old sour taste to it. Customer service almost non existent. Just go up the road to the one at 7721 Pineville Matthews Road. The food is better and people are very friendly.

  Im big on service and when im made to feel like my being a paying customer bothers you the employee. I can go elsewhere! I had to tell them they were overcharging me and the employee tried acting like I said triple cheeseburger, since when does McDonald's have triple cheeseburgers..lol. Smh and after all that my food was cold, I did not notice until I left the restaurant. Sooo whoever the employee, female Hispanic that works during the day is..im not sure you should be working in a customer service field and its not the first time..so I guess im the glutton for punishment.
