  Terrible experience at this location. We pulled up to the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes at the speaker before anyone took our order. When they finally did, the staff were chatting amongst themselves and clearly not paying attention to what we were saying. We ordered 2 iced mocha lattes and what we actually got was milk with caramel syrup in one cup and milk with chocolate syrup in the other — no espresso, no resemblance to what we asked for. If the team can't hear an order or make a basic drink correctly, the whole point of the drive-thru is gone. Needs better training and attention.

  The epitomy of what mcdonalds is would be this location. They take forever on literal fast food, they must have some structural problems with their workers. Employees are usually not what I would call real people. Always mad at the fact they work there, very unwilling to help, litterally struggled to communicate as a girl in the drive thru gave me a number of "what?(s)" because she I guess refused to take off her, im not kidding, full head APPLE HEADPHONES. Girl we are at work this is beyond airpod annoyance.

  Had too many poor experiences here but just now I had a runner argue with me about my curbside order. Told me I placed the order wrong when he brought the wrong item out. I asked him to look at the receipt and he walked away. Then chose to yell at me from the Drive through window while I was still at my car about my sauces being placed incorrectly on the order. He told me that I couldn't have ordered them because they do not sell it anymore. I clearly did order them but understand they were limited edition so not getting them wasn't my problem, it was the fact that he tried to argue with me about my order several times and he was wrong about all of it. I wish he was wearing a name tag so I could call him out specifically but he was not. I am incredibly frustrated and will be going out of my way to avoid this restraunt in the future.

  The only reason they get three stars cuz of the food because the pies with fresh that I ordered but every time I go there it's a problem with the staff and the little kids that's working in there they're just so disrespectful and is Will is the manager the old gray headed guy not a good place to eat if you need to use the restroom or something like that I recommend that but not the food in the atmosphere thumbs down 👎

  Came inside to sit and eat, walked to counter to ask about gloves due to allergies. Employees standing not 2 feet from me, completely ignoring me. Had to ask 4 times and raise my voice to get anyone's attention. Turns out several of them had ear pods in. No condiments or napkins anywhere. Asked for them when food was delivered, that took like another 5 minutes for napkins and ketchup. No one appears to want to be here. Half the dining area blocked off. Food was McDonald's standard. Service is lacking.
