    Los que atienden se burlan de las personas el chico bien gracias se rieron en mi cara y no me dieron el pedido espere media hora por unas papas y un frapee. La maneger me corrio una de cabello puntas rosadas .

    Customer service girl could be a bit nicer, I ordered for pick up through the drive-through got my sandwich and realized it was the wrong sandwich I go in. I tell the lady with the blonde hair glasses Latina that they gave me bacon, but I asked for a sausage biscuit. She then proceeds to ask me what do I need then like I didn’t just tell her. And then she decided to ask am I sure? It was in the food tray thing still because clearly they didn’t give me what I ordered. This location is a bit slower as I waited about 10 minutes for somebody to even come towards me and ask what I needed however I like Night Shift better but I think the main issue is just the attitude she gave because the food they gave me was wrong when I came in with a receipt. I rather just drive 5-10 min more for the other location as this one is locally owned and I don’t think they care as much….

    It was a terrible experience. I ordered through the mobile app, and after a while, I didn't get any notification, so I had to go to check it. I found the food already on the table, with fries scattered everywhere. I suspected someone had tampered with the food. I only asked for a replacement order of fries, not the entire meal, but they refused, claiming the fries had only fallen out. In the end, I just took my Big Mac and coffee and left. I don't understand why, after going there so many times every week, you can't just leave the food out without notifying me, even for such a small request. Maybe I should try a different restaurant.

    Longest wait at a drive thru, ever. Been waiting for 30 min to even get to the speaker. Drive thru lines are being taken out of order. I will not be back again.
