  On several occasions when I’ve ordered—specifically at *this* location—items have always been missing from my order. They never prepare my food the way I request it, and they never want to give me enough sauces, even when I ask to be charged extra for them. Furthermore, the staff provides abysmal service; they act as if I were asking for handouts. I do not recommend this fast-food spot at all. 👎

  Don’t waste your time coming to this Mcdonalds. Every time i come here through the drive through, they make me pull forward into a parking space. They have drive thu parking spaces which is ridiculous (if i wanted to park and wait i would have came inside) i dont see how hard it is to just serve the order at the window, it’s not like they’re busy with a bunch of cars lined up either, it’s light traffic

  Pathetic customer service. Lines always way too long. 10 mins and no no one even takes an order. This has to be the worst McDs I've been to. AVOID

  I visited this McDonald’s on South Tryon Street and unfortunately it was not a great experience. The lobby was in total disarray—trash cans were overflowing, and there were sauce packets all over the floor that had been stepped on and smeared everywhere. It made the dining area feel very unclean and poorly maintained. The wait time was long, which seems to be pretty typical here, but what made it worse was that they kept running out of chicken nuggets. A lot of customers were ordering 10-piece nugget meals, so this caused even more delays and frustration. The only positive from my visit was that my food was hot when I finally received it. However, the cleanliness and overall organization of the restaurant really need serious improvement.

  I was told they would charge me for free refills. This Mcdonald's is one of the few remaining with soda dispensers that are accessible by customers so they can get their own soda. This location also shuts off their soda machine if they think someone is stealing soda. I have bought thousands worth of food at this location. Given that there are many Mcdonald's locations even without self serve soda dispensers that don't give me any trouble with getting free refills, I will just go somewhere else. And at this location, if they turn off the self serve soda machine, they will ask for your receipt to get a free refill. I am tired of it, which is why I am rating them one star and will not be coming back to this location. For the cost of soda, this franchisee location is loosing a valuable repeat customer. Sad that they can be so short sighted. It's not like I am a homeless bum digging in the trash for a cup to steal soda.
