  I tried using a $2 Breakfast Sandwich Deal from the app and gave the code to the order taker. He rang it up at full price. I pointed it out to him and he told me, incorrectly, that my order wasn't eligible. I read the Deal details again and it clearly was. He then disappears. After they serve the other lane, someone different comes on and asks for my order. I explained what happened and she tells me to drive around. Then at the window she tells me that she didnt take my order and to pull up to the next window and speak to a manager. I ask for a manager, explain the situation and she asks me for the code because there is nothing in her system. Fortunately, I remembered it and tell her what I want. Then she starts reading me the EXCLUDED items as the only allowed items. Wrong. I try explaining to her that those are the EXCLUDED items. She gets frustrated and eventually gives me a sandwich (the wrong one) for the deal price. Its clear she couldn't read or understand English. This store needs to train their employees ... or let them go. They're losing business. They lost mine. There are lots of competitors nearby.

  Absolutely the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. A Diet Coke took over 20 minutes to get and they barely spoke any English. Asked for my code at the drive thru and made me spin back around just for a single drink.
