Dude. Y'all did the monster mash with my order. I have items in this bag I didnt order. With items I did completely missing. The foods still cold. And it was a complete waste of money. I truly need that refund. No consideration for food allergies or anything. Definitely will be reporting this.

Warning, AVOID the KIOSK until you know someone is working in the dining room, or you may lose your money if you’re on a schedule… Story time: A short woman, African American, was screaming all over the kitchen. Talking down to employees(“you need to count! 8-6 leaves what?! 2!”) complaining about everybody, the works. Understandable enough at first, fast food work is taxing. But then… Me and this other woman were waiting on our orders, and she wouldn’t speak to us. I’ve already paid, so at the least I wanted my apple juice before leaving. I was short on time. I tried calling out to her several times, to no avail. Here’s where I personally erred: I stepped behind the counter to call out to her again. That is not allowed at all apparently. She LOST it y’all, she started screaming at me that “I couldn’t be back there.” Alrighty then, as I walked away I stated “I’m trying to get your attention”, she continued screaming other things. Nothing about literally passing me an Apple Juice, which I’ve paid for. Nothing about anything I’ve said to her. She just kept ranting. She stopped working to yell at me of course, for at least 15-30 seconds, just yelling though, no customer assistance. All I ordered was a McChicken and an apple juice y’all. I kept trying to ask her to simply pass me the apple juice and I’ll cut my losses. She would not only refuse to pass me one, she kept right on yelling. She got back to work, but kept fussing. I asked her name as she passed me my stuff minutes later, I think she said Kenya or Kayla(now she wants to whisper 😒), but she refused to repeat and then asked me “Do you want to talk to the GM?”, I said “Ok”. She walks away, fussing/yelling more, only for someone, who I assume is the GM, to say: Call the police. She comes out to tell me she’s calling them and proceeds to sound like she’s doing so while giving my description. I believe the GM was a young man, either 20’s or early 30’s, with light skin and medium length hair in twists. I kept trying to ask “Is the GM coming to speak to me?”, but then a younger girl asked why I began recording, I explained the yelling lady won’t stop screaming and appeared to threaten police, and then she responded “We’ve been told not to talk to you.” Ok, so a few shrieks later, I come to the conclusion: 1. The GM isn’t coming to speak to me 2. They probably waste government money calling the police often, because I noticed the police there earlier that day…two cars. 3. I wasn’t the only one they treated that way, another woman who may have been hearing impaired was yelled at too. More on that in a sec… I honestly was curious to stay so I could hear what the police had to say, this was bizarre, but was pretty pressed for time. The GM, (John maybe?),Was extremely hostile: the escalation to police was shocking y’all. I’m glad I filmed. If they were to lie and say I was trespassing, the film of me waiting to speak to the Gm in the dining room was there. When she asked me to get from behind the counter I absolutely did and they have proof on their cameras. Whoever the screaming lady is, she’s not hearing impaired, she just ignores certain customers and gets aggressive with real hearing impaired people(Lyft lady). On the patient lady working for Lyft: she wanted her(old yeller) to check what she’d made as she felt was missing something, the Lyft lady was signing…and then guess what? She caught an attitude with her too! A Lyft worker with a clear disability! I’m going to change this to 1 star. I don’t believe in leaving too many one star reviews too quickly in succession. You gotta give good vibes where you can. After I leave at least two more 5 star reviews, I’ll come back to correct this so it reflects accurately. If I’m not in jail that is…😑 This location needs to be investigated for how quickly they insult folks and then call the police. I believe she called us weird as a whole? The GM and the screaming lady are ruining this store.

I’ll admit I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s or the location, but Keema was so nice and friendly I had to give her a shout out. She made me feel like she actually cared about taking my order and actually doing a good job without receiving anything in return.

Literally drove away after dealing with such crappy service. Was directed to go inside of wait in the drive thru with not estimated time given or courtesy delivered at all. When I went inside as directed, I was promptly ignored by the lady who was supposed to be handling the front. Even when another individual walked in after me, she still handled them before even taking care of me and my order. After she contradicted herself saying which item did I want from the happy meal toys I wanted, she then contradicted herself to say there were any happy meal toys in the store. Giving a dismissive and passive tone as if she could care less to be there. I will never step foot into this store ever again due to the sheer lack of human decency, hygiene and common courtesy of this location.
