    Ordering on the app and so called skipping the line is virtually useless what’s the point of using the app if you have to still wait in line to confirm your order at the drive thru and then tell two people what your order is just for them to tell you to pull into curb side pick up. All this time wasted when I could have done the same thing by placing my order when I got here. I dont get What time I’m saving or what line I’m skipping. I dont blame The workers I blame this stupid system. Just make it more efficient my god.

    This location needs to work on efficiency and organizational skills. There is no reason a fast food restaurant should take over 20 mins to get an order out, just for them to mess up the order and then take an additional 15 mins to get it right. They messed up multiple customer orders, and some customers waited so long that they asked for refunds. This is unacceptable. The staff did seem friendly and the location seemed clean. But they were just unorganized. This is constructive feedback and not criticism. I will say the hotcakes were good and they did apologize for all the mishaps and delays.

    i waited forty minutes to get some cold food, me and other customers were talking about how ridiculous it was and the workers showed no remorse, no i’m sorry, no nothing

    I just got home from one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s in my 30 years of life, I’ve never experienced someone in customer service with a worse attitude. It’s really unfortunate to say because to be completely transparent and fair 9 times out of 10 my food is delicious when I come to this McDonald’s however every time I come, I’m asked to pull up and park in a spot and that always takes a minimum 8 to 15 minutes for my food to Be brought out normally it’s right at 10 minutes or more. so today when I was asked by the young lady at the second window to pull up to spot number four I was not happy about it. I still kept my composure and was extremely polite. I did not yell, curse or even give her any attitude. All I said was that I would wait at the window until my food comes out when she explained that her time is running so she needs me to pull up I said I understand that but every time I come here I’m parked and I have to get home so I will wait here. She proceeded to tell me that’s not her Problem . Those were her words verbatim. “That’s not my problem”, ma’am where’s my food at? You literally work here so anyway then she turned around in full ear shot of me said “Can you come help me with this”. like have you never heard of composure or quality customer service ?! if you wanted help from a manager you could’ve at least turned around quietly and asked for it instead of trying to make me seem like I’m the issue. to make matters worse, a crowd of employees was standing at the window because of all the stuff she was inside, saying about me as if I was the worst person in the world for saying that I didn’t wanna be parked and how is that supposed to make me feel as a customer to have everyone gathered around the window, staring at me as if I’m a circus animal or an irate person Do you think that management asked them to disperse no. when the manager brought the food She said nothing to me. no apology for the wait or for constantly being parked or the major attitude her employee gave me and the scene she caused by reacting the way she did not even a friendly smile. She just handed me my food with the most aggravated expression on her face, it was extremely offputting the experience as a hole was terrible. My food was missing the sauce for my nuggets and The manager walked away from the window So quickly and abruptly that I couldn’t even ask her for the sauce I had to ask the next employee who came up to the window. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth and if anything, I will hope that it is a teachable moment for the young lady with the glasses and the headband who was at the window, and for the manager, the more mature woman with the locs because at the bare minimum the manager should have came up and tried to understand my perspective and at least apologize for the wait. At the very least, I would have expected the management to try to make up for her employees, lack of professionalism and that would’ve been OK. I would’ve just Chopped it up to one bad apple, but considering that the manager conducted herself in a similar way and attitude, I seriously be reconsidering spending any more money at this location. now have to decide if I’m going to take the extra 5-10 minutes to go to a different McDonald’s anytime we want some because I would rather travel the distance than have to deal with customer service like that. I just really hate that I had to have that experience not everything was bad about the experience. The gentleman who took my payment at the first window is amazing and he always is. He was patient with me and fabulous.

    Terrible. Moved the second line in drive thru and kept the first one at a stand still. All cars after me ended up in front of me. I was told to pull up for my drink and it never came. Went inside it’s packed, no one at the front. I just left.
