- NPNaren Prodduturi1 day ago1.0The store lists all options in the app menu but doesnt have them in store. I dont understand what do they think of us. I ordered fries with seasoning I literally drove 8 miles for the seasoning because the McDonald's near my home doesnt have that option and after I come here all they have to say is they dont have the seasoning so they gonna shove a small fries on my face instead of that. I dont want it. I just want my seasoning or refund but none of it is possible. They wouldnt give a refund nor the app allows you to claim a refund or submit a issue. The staff talks very rudely. Never ever gonna eat from McDonald's again.

I was asked to pull into a handicap parking spot to wait for my food, then waited 15 minutes before realizing my order had been forgotten. When I went inside to follow up, I had to wait another 10 minutes. The service was slow and unorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating.
