Our culinary-driven menu is at the center of the restaurant experience, with food that’s chef-inspired but approachable. Our cozy bar provides an ideal setting for guests to gather and sip on a glass of wine or a delicious cocktail mixed fresh by one of our experienced bartenders.
Josh is the kind of person who turns dinner into an experience. We came in expecting a great meal and left talking about how well we were taken care of. He was so welcoming, thoughtful and genuinely fun to have taking care of our table. It felt like we were being hosted rather than just served.
That level of hospitality is hard to find and really can’t be bought. Such a fun night and easily one of the best experiences we’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Thank you Josh!!

Had such a great experience at Link & Pin! Josh took amazing care of us and truly went above and beyond. It felt like such a catered, white-glove experience from start to finish, and he made the whole night so enjoyable.
You can get good food anywhere, but you can’t get that kind of service and experience everywhere. Josh really made the difference. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us—we’ll absolutely be back!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Link & Pin, and Josh was a huge reason why. From the moment we arrived, he took such great care of us and made the entire evening feel genuinely special.
This wasn’t just great service—it was a true white-glove, catered experience. Josh was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and somehow always there when we needed something without ever making us feel rushed or interrupted. Every detail felt intentional, and we were able to simply relax and enjoy ourselves knowing we were being completely taken care of.
You can go anywhere and buy a great meal, but you can’t buy the kind of hospitality and experience Josh gave us. That’s what made the night memorable and what will absolutely bring us back.
Thank you so much, Josh and Link & Pin, for making our evening exceptional. This is how hospitality should be done!

My wife and I went there for the first time for our anniversary. It was fantastic! The restaurant atmosphere was very nice (there's even a large pond which can be seen from inside the dining room), all of the staff were very attentive, kind/courteous, and helpful. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and INCREDIBLE! We will definitely go back and bring our friends!

We visited Link & Pin last Tuesday with a group of 11 during Restaurant Week, taking advantage of their $55 prix fixe menu. I think it’s a wonderful concept because it gives people the opportunity to experience the restaurant and hopefully become returning customers. My husband and I were genuinely looking forward to the evening.
I started with the lobster bisque, which was delicious. For my entrée, I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon with salad and mashed potatoes. I knew the filet required an additional charge beyond the prix fixe menu. My husband and I only had water and tea, yet our bill still came to about $200, which I honestly never fully understood.
I also want to recognize our server (Jessika), who was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire evening.
Unfortunately, the experience changed completely when I started eating my entrée. I had already finished my salad and eaten about 40% of my steak and only a few bites of the mashed potatoes when I found a piece of plastic inside the meat. I immediately stopped eating and called our server, who responded quickly and notified the manager.
The manager came over, apologized, and explained that the plastic had likely come from food packaging used in the kitchen. He then asked if I would like another entrée. Honestly, after finding plastic in my food, the last thing I wanted was another plate. By that point, I had completely lost my appetite.
What disappointed me the most wasn’t that a mistake happened, I understand that mistakes can happen in any kitchen. It was how the situation was handled afterward. Beyond the apology, there was absolutely no effort to make things right. The entrée wasn’t removed from the bill, there was no complimentary dessert, no discount, and no gesture of goodwill. We simply paid the full bill and left.
An upscale restaurant isn’t defined by never making mistakes—it’s defined by how it responds when they happen. Restaurant Week is meant to showcase a restaurant at its very best and encourage guests to come back. Unfortunately, our experience had the opposite effect.
I left feeling that we had paid a premium price for an experience that fell far below expectations. Sadly, I would not return, and I cannot recommend the restaurant based on how a situation involving food safety was handled.
