  Visited Link & Pin for dinner and had a great time. Jessica is wonderful and she helped us choose such great options for dinner and drinks! We started with the artisan bread and honey butter which is always a must, then had the lobster roll and caesar salad and some brussel sprouts. Everything was wonderful! We love Link & Pin.

  While the food didn’t quite live up to the price point, the service was absolutely top-notch! Our server, Austin, was phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering wonderful recommendations and making sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. Austin truly elevated our dining experience! While I feel the food could use some improvement to justify the pricing, the exceptional service deserves every bit of recognition!

  Jessica was wonderful, full of pep and very knowledgeable and passionate about the menu. She recommended a cocktail that was not something I’d usually choose but I took her recommendation and it was wonderful. We enjoyed our meal start to finish.

  We were sat in the beautiful "lake room" which was very spacious with a great view. Austin was our server tonight and made excellent suggestions which turned into an excellent meal. Will be coming back

  It is hard to know where to begin because so much about our experience was disappointing. I will start with the positive: the staff members were friendly. Unfortunately, the service was disorganized from beginning to end. We had a reservation but were asked to wait about 10 minutes, even though the restaurant did not appear full. Once seated, we waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and another 15 minutes just to receive water. While our waiter was asking what kind of water we wanted, someone who appeared to be the manager walked up and began pouring it. Our waiter then left without asking whether we wanted drinks or were ready to order, even though we had already been waiting for 30 minutes. About 10 minutes later, he returned, and we ordered drinks after reviewing the drink menu on an iPad. The food menu was equally confusing, with dishes from so many different countries and regions that we could not tell what kind of restaurant it was supposed to be. By then, we were starving and tried to order bread from the appetizer menu because no complimentary bread was offered. They were already sold out at 6:30 p.m. We ordered the bacon appetizer instead, which consisted of five strips of cold bacon standing in a mason jar. Cold bacon. In a mason jar. I did not want to complain and spoil Mother’s Day, particularly because my parents are in their 80s, so we tried to make the best of it. However, the service never improved. Our water glasses repeatedly sat empty, and we had to keep asking for refills. Different employees appeared separately with water, food, or drinks, as though everyone had one isolated task but no one was responsible for the overall experience at our table. The restaurant was not especially crowded for Mother’s Day, so the problem appeared to be either inadequate staffing or a lack of training and coordination. Dinner for four people took more than three hours, and the final bill was over $350. For that price, guests should not spend most of the evening waiting to be acknowledged, waiting for water, trying to find someone to help them, or wondering when the next part of the meal will arrive. What should have been a special Mother’s Day dinner with my parents became an exhausting and excruciating experience. We will not return.
