Went through the driveway to order the summer dozen and was told they didn’t have anything available but a few kinds. The older lady on the headset was very rude and just kept saying “no” to every flavor we asked about. We said we’d go inside instead to take a look at what they did have available. They literally had everything but one set of the specialty dozens. We placed the order inside. Then the old lady very rudely asked us “you waitin on me?!” We answered that we had just placed the order. She then said “we don’t have none of that”…. When it was all in the case right in front of us… so we pointed it out for her with a smile on our faces, to which she responded, “I don’t see what’s funny!”. There is nothing that warrants this type of customer service ever. The attitude, the laziness, and the rudeness should not be allowed.

- EREmily RiveraMay 29, 20261.0I went in to the store tonight 5/29 9:10 pm doing a DoorDash and I’m in line for about 10 minutes and I’m on the phone with DoorDash handling something important, the black lady skips me and tells all the employees to not help me bc it’s “rude” being on the phone and I have to hang up to accept my DoorDash order… it wasnt even my turn in line and she’s making me get all the way. In the back of the line. Literally yelling it in front of all the customers.. meanwhile start calling me names “ghetto” meanwhile I’m just trying to help you guys do a good delivery. I was respect walking in, waited in line for nothing. Apart from doing DoorDash this is my local store and I buy here all the time, she’s occasionally here and always treats me different, no hello nor a welcome but when a black person walks in she says hello with a smile. This makes me feel racial profiled. It’s ridiculous how a grown women will belittle other females of other races just because she’s having a bad day, I didn’t get her name but I promise you ask other employees they will agree she’s a nasty person. She needs to be fired because this makes everyone feel uncomfortable. Watch this review get no recognition bc they don’t care about their customers. HIRE NICE PEOPLE THAT WILL RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS!
