I ordered a different donut, and when I pulled around he told me it was on the house because they didn’t have the ones I initially wanted. He completely made my day, and he deserves a shout out!

It was my first time at this location and I was confused where exactly I was supposed to order, so I slowly pulled up to the window just to ask. Before I could even say a word, the employee at the window immediately started yelling at me saying she had been talking to me through the speaker while I was in the parking lot. I apologized and told her I genuinely didn’t hear anything and was just trying to figure out where to order, but she kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me finish speaking. I finally said, “Ma’am, what’s with the attitude? I’m literally just trying to order.” The way I was spoken to was honestly shocking. I’ve never been treated like that before anywhere. I work in hospitality myself and if someone treated guests this way at my job, it would never be acceptable. I ended up leaving without ordering because I was so upset. I actually cried after leaving. A simple “please pull to the speaker” would’ve solved the entire situation.
