  what a great greeting and warm welcome by their team and food is soooop good especially sambar rice. I was dying to drink Coconut desert in Charlotte and this place makes it top notch desert. also the parottas wre soooo fluffy..

  First time visiting today. Fast and friendly service. Asked if I had been before, what spice level I liked, gave me a free tasting sample to gauge my taste. I eat a lot of Indian food, and I have to say this rates in the top level of prepared to go Indian food. Food was fresh, prepared in house, no junk ingredients, very tasty and good portion sizes. To go package was perfect design. Serving sizes are generous. I had take out, but the restaurant was very clean and had plenty of seating for dining on site. Definitely will go again.

  First off shuba greeted us at the front and let us try some samples. Everything was mind blowing the options were incredible. The atmosphere was amazing in the food was just impeccable Vivarin colors in the building. Great people who care in love what they do 10 out of 10 will definitely be back for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  had a wonderful experience at kolapasi! i love that we were able to taste the dishes to find what we wanted. the team working was incredibly welcoming and friendly. the food we picked was delicious & at a great price. we will definitely be back!!

  We finally tried Kolapasi Indian Canteen and it completely exceeded our expectations! My husband and I had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. The sampling concept is absolutely genius! My husband had the lemon rice, chickpeas, and red chicken — every single bite was incredible. I ordered the coconut and biryani rice, beef roast, and chickpeas and I honestly cannot pick a favorite because everything was so fresh and bursting with authentic flavor. What really made our visit extra special was when both the husband and wife came out personally to check on us and ask how we were enjoying the food. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and it speaks volumes about the heart behind this restaurant. You can tell this place is truly a labor of love. Kolapasi Indian Canteen is the kind of place you start planning your next visit before you've even left! We will definitely be back and cannot recommend it enough. They also have weekend specials -- cannot wait to try them all! A true gem in Charlotte!
