  Everything was excellent—the food was delicious, the service was great, and overall we had a really good experience. However, I was surprised and honestly a little disappointed that we weren’t able to leave a tip or that the staff couldn’t receive tips. When the food and service are this good, I feel like the employees deserve the opportunity to be tipped. It just felt a little unfair to the staff.

  I’m from out of state and Miss Terri. CJ and Peter were absolutely beautiful and amazing. I will Always check in this Jimmy John’s. Thank you.

  The staff was welcoming, fast, and efficient. Building felt clean and so did food prep areas. Couldn’t ask more from a Jimmy John’s.

  I recently visited Jimmy John’s in Ballantyne, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, just as you’d expect from this chain. What made my visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Terri. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu, suggesting some of her favorites, and making the decision process so much easier. Her friendly demeanor and knowledge about the menu really enhanced my experience. I ended up trying the Turkey Tom], and it did not disappoint! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a quick bite—be sure to ask for Terri!😊
