I simply asked for a military discount and the long hair overweight man, in the most rude way possible said "nope". Immediately the other tall guy said "thank you for your service ". I served 22 years and I can honestly tell you that I will never step inside this JJ again, and I will let every person I know how I was treated, until I know first hand that this individual no longer works at this location. If any manager or owner would like to contact me, I would love to share my experience. It's not about the money, it's the honor and respect any military service member deserves. I know Jersey mikes, subway, and firehouse all give military great discounts. It is sad one employee can change where I eat from here on out. BTW - it was my son who wanted to stop and eat at JJ tonight.

However, I was surprised and honestly a little disappointed that we weren’t able to leave a tip or that the staff couldn’t receive tips. When the food and service are this good, I feel like the employees deserve the opportunity to be tipped. It just felt a little unfair to the staff.
