  There was a time when Jimmy John's was a true contender for the best sub, but now it isn't even close. The bread is only fair and the meat and toppings is Subway quality. if you want sub standard, lol you might as well go to Subway for half the price.

  Ordered the giant ultimate Italian through the Uber eats app. Asked for no mayo no lettuce. Received the sandwich it was just bread, ham, and a half slice of bacon. The company prides themselves on speed not quality. Waste of money.

  Store Pineville Matthews 8812, today I went in and was pleasantly greeted Inez and zay might I say, customer service superb, listening skills fantastic and sandwich preparation on point, store was very clean. The atmosphere was welcoming. Shout out to these young for a wonderful experience
