  Its 4 pm on a Monday I ordered online pulled up to Drive Thru speaker no one said a word for maybe a minute and a half before I said “Hello, anyone home?” To which someone responded give me one moment please. Waited another 45 seconds put my card in park then someone came on the speaker. I inform them I placed an online order gave my name and proceeded to pull around. I see one employee running accross the parking lot to get inside and a curly haired red head came to the window EYES BLOODSHOT red and tells me to pull up to the yield sign someone would bring my order out…. Its been 10 minutes im still here…

  This has to be the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at this Jimmy John’s. Amaya was my order taker at the drive through and I don’t know if she was about to get off or had to use the bathroom but she kept rushing me when I was trying to add toppings to my sandwich. I asked for cucumber, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese oil and hot peppers. I got lettuce onion cheese and hot peppers. They gave me oil in a cup. This is the driest sandwich ever and terrible service. All she kept doing was rushing me to choose a drink.

  Dear owner, thanks for the apology. One correction, I didn’t visit. We waited an hour for a wrong delivery. I guess I will have to visit though to get my refund. I am preserving the food in the fridge. We didn’t eat any of it! I’d like our $35 back since we got nothing that we paid for please and thank you sir.

  This location USED to be GREAT! Lately, they are unreliable and unapologetic! They literally attached a receipt for a full meal and two additional sandwiches for $35 to a bag that held only a sandwich, two cookies, chips, and a soda. To make matters as unprofessionally worse as possible , they blamed it on the door dasher! They had 20 minutes til closing and were unwilling to remake the order, even when I offered to pick it up! The guy who answered the phone claimed to speak on behalf of a manager, but when I asked to speak to him, they left the phone on hold. Be mindful that this location is now different, cares nothing about customer service. Somebody has found a better place to work and they have been replaced with people who are not held accountable and blame others for mistakes which they make often. The team is immature. I can only hope that they are not UNCC students. That would be a shame. Take your business elsewhere or exercise extreme patience to wait for an order that will never come, one way or another.
