  I placed a pickup at 2:35pm, walked in at 2:37 and had a sandwich in hand by 2:38. The team inside greeted me and my sub was well made and tasty. :)

  7/10/26 - Decided on #8 Regular, Billy Club, toasted. I added cucumbers, and extra lettuce. It was excellent. I forgot to have them cut it in half, but it worked out. They did forget the tomatos, yet it was still delicious. I'd never been to this location. I was there minutes after 12 noon, yet found a parking spot as soon as I turned off Sharon Rd. It doesn't have a place to sit and eat inside, yet there were several tables outside. It was a hot day, yet I decided to eat at one of the outdoor tables. Appeared that most everyone else picked up there orders and left. It doesn't have a restroom inside, however, when I asked about the nearest restroom, they told me FedEx next door had one in the back of the store. That was convenient. Overall I was very pleased with the food and service. I'm a coke product drinker, so that made it that much better. I'd recommend.

  We were disappointed in the service at this location. We had an order Doordashed to our jobsite and once we unwrapped our sandwiches realized there were many mistakes. I ordered the Beach club which is supposed to come with meat and avocado. There was none on this sandwich. A lot of cheese though. The second sandwich ordered was a BLT with added avocado. They almost got that one right, there was a small amount on about 1/4 of the sandwich. When we reached out we finally (after 7 mins on hold) were able to speak to the manager on duty. He told us there was nothing they could do and we had to reach out to DoorDash. What was supposed to be a convenient quick lunch while trying to keep working ended up a complete waste of time and money.

  I haven’t eaten at Jimmy John’s in probably ten years, but I decided to give it try it. I’m sorry I did. I ordered the chicken gyro and it was horrible. Very little chicken, one slice of cucumber, a tiny slice of tomato, and drowning in tzatziki for $10. Add to that, the staff was apathetic and, when I was eating outside, one staff member was outside complaining about something regarding his job to another employee. I’d avoid this store in Charlotte off Sharon Road for a little while. I’ll give it another shot in 6 months or so to check and see if anything changes for the better.
