- SBSerena Ruth BatemanApr 19, 20261.0Very disappointing customer service. The staff refused to make an açaí bowl even though it was 5:40 PM and their posted closing time was 6:00 PM. Instead, they claimed they were already closed, which was not accurate. On top of that, there was conflicting information given about the availability of açaí. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. This is not acceptable customer service.
