  Was reading the menu while someone else was ordering. Then some girl walks up behind me (prob coming back from a break or something) asked what I wanted. I said oh just reading the menu real quick I’m not sure yet I need a minute. There was no one behind me so o didn’t think o was holding anything up. The two girls walk to the back. I’m waiting like 5 mins and move to the second register where the first girl had just took someone else’s order when I walked up. Some dude walks up and the girl that asked me what I wanted looks at me then goes up to him and ignores me lol the other girl comes back a minute later asks what I ordered and I said oh just waiting to place an order the other girl whips her head to me and goes the line starts over here in a super rude tone. As if she didn’t see me walk up first knowing I was trying to decide 😂 I just walked away because I didn’t want to deal with the negative attitude radiating from that employee. Wish I could give it zero stars

  The person taking the order was blatently talking on her phone while working having a full conversation.

  Classic handwich was delicious but Tone’s service was the best part. Made my travel morning so much better!
