This was my first time visiting Inchins Bamboo Garden, and I wanted to share my experience in a respectful and constructive way.
I ordered Chicken 65 and Lat Mai Paneer. Unfortunately, both dishes were disappointing. The paneer pieces were very hard, and the chicken didn’t taste like fresh meat. The spices and sauces also felt overpowering, to the point where both dishes left our stomachs and hearts burning.
Please don’t take this as negative criticism . I truly believe feedback helps improve things. I’ve seen many good reviews about this place, so I’m sure you have served great food before. My request is simply this: please focus on freshness, balance of spices, and overall quality. Food is something sacred, and serving it well is one of the greatest acts of care.
Even if you need to increase the price a little, customers will appreciate fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. A restaurant is a business, but food is something close to God, and people come with trust.
I hope you take this as friendly advice. I genuinely want to see you succeed and continue serving good food to your customers.

I was thrilled to have a new Indo-Chinese spot open in the area, but unfortunately, my first experience was beyond disappointing.
While the food itself was tasty, the value proposition is severely lacking. I spent over $90 on takeout for three people and was shocked by how small the bag was when I picked it up. To put the pricing into perspective, I paid $4 for a single Malaysian paratha. I thought I was being punk’d when I opened the foil package to find 1 paratha. The taste wasn’t even anything special, it tastes no different than the frozen kind you can find at the grocery store.
The attention to detail was also missing. I ordered four momos and received only one package of soy sauce and one of duck sauce; for an order of that size, the portion of sauce provided was insufficient and quite bewildering. Additionally, despite spending that much money for three people, the restaurant only included a single fortune cookie. Given the high price point, I expected a much more generous and thoughtful experience. Honestly, for the amount spent, I would have been better off buying my own ingredients and cooking at home. I’m not sure if this was just an off night, but I will be spending my money elsewhere.
I was Googleing for a nearby Asian restaurant, and Inchin's came up so I gave in a try. Not expecting anything special, I was shocked. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps. Unbelievable flavor, tender chicken and the lettuce wraps were perfectly cut. I opted to take out, but now I wish I had stayed. Being from N.Y, I can't but say to myself "How would this establishment make it N.Y?" Ichin's would succeed!!! Beautiful interior well decorated place. I'll be back!!!
We have been coming to Inchin's Bamboo Garden in Charlotte for a while now, and the food is always consistently great. Our favorites are the Manchow Soup, Chicken 65, and Burnt Garlic Fried Rice. The sizzling brownie with vanilla ice cream is also a must-try dessert!
A special shoutout to the manager, Sunil, who is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He goes out of his way to make sure guests have a great experience, and his positive attitude is one of the reasons we enjoy coming back.
Great food, great service, and a restaurant we happily recommend to friends and family!
This restaurant was honestly just a quick Google find and completely surprised us in the best way. We ended up going to Inchin’s Bamboo Garden Pan Asian Restaurant and everything was absolutely delicious.
For appetizers, we asked the waiter what the most popular dumplings were and went with the steamed chicken momos. They were absolutely amazing. The dipping sauce had a nice kick to it but was not overwhelmingly spicy at all and paired really well with the dumplings.
For entrées, we ordered the Manchurian chicken and the Spicy Mango Chicken (chicken, mango, bell pepper, onion), and also added the Spicy Thai Basil Fried Rice with bell pepper, Thai basil, and onion. Everything had really great flavor and the portions were generous.
One thing to keep in mind is that the entrées already come with a bowl of white rice, and we also added the fried rice, which ended up being a ton of food for two people. Definitely great portions and we even had leftovers.
The restaurant itself was very clean, bathrooms were easy to find and well maintained, and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout our visit. We came in around 5:45 PM on a Tuesday and there was no wait.
Overall, such a pleasant surprise and we would absolutely come back.
