  Shop here almost every day and its usually good except when one associate manager is rude. At 5pm on 06/28 I brought back 5 Takis and 3 packs of cookies to return since my special needs son changed his mind. The lady wouldn't let me return it for even store credit saying "we changed our policy this week" which I don't understand..I told her to just donate it and she grabbed it up real quick and took it to the back. How can you allow returns some days and not others? I feel like I just "donated" about $30 to her even though I spend $900 a week... **I did not have my receipt but it never left the store bags and I used my Food Lion card so I would think that's the same as proof.

  I've been coming here for years. I've been getting grocery deliveries from here for years. And while every now and again I might get the wrong item, They have always made it right. These guys are great!

  Come on guys, you can do better than this! I brought this to the attention of the store manager. You have some real problems here with theft and this type of thing.

  I waited 30 minutes for one To Go bag for an Instacart order. The pickup process was disorganized, and some employees were rude or unhelpful. Not everyone, but enough to make the experience frustrating. Food Lion needs to improve how To Go and Instacart pickup orders are handled, especially communication, wait times, and customer service. Customers and shoppers should not feel like they are bothering employees just by asking for help.
