  Today is the first and the last time I will be using the Food Lion Delivery from this store. Had a really busy week and I thought I would give the delivery a try to save some time despite the extra Service Fee + Driver Tips. Guess what? They delivered roughly half the items from the 28+ items in my order - Out of Stock items were Onions, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Apples, Chips and so on - is this still a grocery store???. Despite the chat being active, the shopper ignored it the whole time, never responding once....The rest that was delivered contained Organic Strawberries with mold right on top + expired yogurt + a pack of heavy cream stale and puffed up. The order was dropped off an hour ago, no way to contact customer service, won't show up in online orders, tried calling their "helpline" - didn't work was merely transferred half a dozen times, chatbot has no clue what it's doing. Out of money and with basically rotten food delivered, I wouldn't trust whatever else the shopper picked either - clearly the kids shopping here don't want to work or need this job. Pathetic would be an understatement - Use this store at your own risk! This review is solely posted as a PSA.

  Shop here almost every day and its usually good except when one associate manager is rude. At 5pm on 06/28 I brought back 5 Takis and 3 packs of cookies to return since my special needs son changed his mind. The lady wouldn't let me return it for even store credit saying "we changed our policy this week" which I don't understand..I told her to just donate it and she grabbed it up real quick and took it to the back. How can you allow returns some days and not others? I feel like I just "donated" about $30 to her even though I spend $900 a week... **I did not have my receipt but it never left the store bags and I used my Food Lion card so I would think that's the same as proof.
