  For the most part I like this store, however they are god awful when it comes to running thr customer service desk. 90 percent of the time there simply isnt a customer service rep or they "just went t OK the back" for something, ill wait 10 plus minutes, and eventually just give up. The other 10 percent of the time there's a line of sketchy individuals each taking 20-30 minutes for western union,which honestly can we stop pretending most of these arent drug related money transfers? Finally, after 3 months of playing the customer service agent hustle I get one with no line and guess what, the station is completely down for lottery, go figure

  The selection at Food Lion is decent, and I appreciate the weekly sales that help save a bit of money. However, I’ve noticed that some aisles can get cluttered and shopping carts are often hard to find. Overall, it's a solid grocery store for everyday needs.

  Great selection of products and always well-stocked! The staff is friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable. I love the weekly deals they offer, which helps me save on my groceries.

  Bad experience at self checkout. I had a hot-food box and did not realize that it wasn't fully on the scale, my mistake, but then a woman comes up and seemingly passively annoyed says “no thats not how that works”. I was a manager for 2 years at a grocery store and would work self checkout all the time not once have I approached someone in such a manner even if they were doing it on purpose. I felt very targeted and uncomfortable, likely would not return.

  I want to personally thank the morning staff in food Lion for being my mother's Day savior. Last night when I went to the food Lion I ended up buying a mother's Day cake and it was the end of the night so the bagger bagged my cake incorrectly. Not taking anything away from the bagger because the bagger was fabulous as well. I got up this morning and I walked over to the food Lion not knowing what they were going to do when I told them that the mother's Day cake was bagged and correctly. Well they were receptive and when I went to the baker I told the baker that there were no more cakes available this Baker went above and behind went to the back found the exact type of cake that I had and gave me the decorations to put on the top and a few extra Roses rings because I told her they were mom's favorite. I just want to say thank you. Food Lion is more than just your friendly neighborhood market it is a family thank you all
