  I love this FOOD LION the cashiers are all amazing I have one that be self checkout,Charell I think I spelled her name correctly, but she is always so pleasant always smiling, always happy willing to help willing to go above and beyond for the customers. I thought I should leave this review today because sometimes people don’t get recognized on their jobs. They always wanna tell about the bad but not for the good. so keep being that bright shining star that you are at self check out at this Food Lion location… I visit this location on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 3:30 P.m.

  I do delivery orders, and I let the manager know I had a delivery order before entering since the store was about to close. However, the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t expecting special treatment, just a little assistance and understanding. The poor customer service and management at this location were disappointing. I will not be returning to this location. Just turn off delivery order early !!!!

  For this store to be accessible, big, clean, and a go-to for many, management should set an example. While checking out and having many bags, the manager on duty and two other employees were chatting by the door when they could be helping their team. That is so unprofessional, and actions like that set Food Lion apart from their competitors (cough, cough, Publix) and not in a good way.

  the lady with the teeth that runs self checkout will either 1. completely ignore customers and stare off into space 2. stand in between you and your self checkout machine for no reason while you’re still checking out so you have to reach around her she’s also stood RIGHT IN FRONT of the pin pad watching while i am trying to put my card and pin number in. multiple times. i have had to ask her to move.
