  This is my neighborhood Food lion so I go here often for shopping. Most of the employees are nice on the floor and haven't really had any major issues with customer service until today. I was standing in the self check out line for almost 5 minutes when a gentlemen stands behind me waiting as well. One of the employees comes up to the line and skips me and says I can take you sir. Now I'm all for the benefit of the doubt etc... but as a courtesy to the customer don't you think it would have been nice to say why you pick and chose him rather than me? Maybe cause he had fewer items, I don't know, but an acknowledgment of me standing there would have been nice. It really made me feel some type of way. I was very disappointed in the way that went down.

  Sorry but true,South Blvd store is so off the chain,no fresh meats no rotations of stock, always out of sale items

  Shopping carts everywhere in the parking lot. The wine fridge has been room temperature for weeks and weeks even after letting the manager know about it. I was hoping the recent renovation would do this location some good but apparently there is no helping it .

  I always have a pretty good experience when I come to this Food Lion. The chicken salad in the deli is really fresh and always good. Big shout out to Mr. Rennell, I think that was he’s name, but he said he works in the daily & he makes the chicken salad. He was very sweet & helpful. Thank you, 😊
