  Always a great shopping experience! My cashier, Shamara, greeted me with a smile and worked through a couple of issues with the sale. She was amazing!

  I am new to Charlotte and visited the store on my third day here and it is just a horrible store, Not very clean, rude customer service. There was only one young lady that was really nice at the customer service desk. Some of the patrons were just very rude and I know this cannot reflect on the nature or of the culture of Charlotte. I believe it was just the store because after I left this store and went to an Aldi’s a little further out it was a very, very good experience. Even though this store is not far from me, I will not be going back to this location.

  The carts are blocked, I had parked my semi truck behind the store, I paid $150 and had to take an Uber for 500 feet, I will never visit Food Lion again

  This is one of the newer Food Lions in the area, and it's easily the worst. The older ones nearby on Tuckasegee and Little Rock are better and remodeled to have more self check outs, and have far better deli and produce items/stocking. This one has the saddest looking produce, and the deli area is almost always out of stock of to-go items. The chicken salad they make here usually looks like slop. They also don't have any carts brought back inside about half of the time. It's the closest to my house and I will drive further to any other Food Lion.

  Never any shopping carts. When you let them know they catch attitudes. My hands were super full with groceries. Another customer brought me a shopping cart, one of the employees intervened and told me this shopping cart is not for customers.
