  I like the store okay but its customer service has gotten worse and worse. They will not answer the phone, probably because it’s usually a complaint, and I’ve received someone else’s bag instead of my own order numerous times on curbside orders. Please make an attempt to do better instead of getting mad at the customer for bringing the situation to your attention.

  Went to n tryon location for a money order where where I usually purchase them and the manager was rude and unwilling to show efforts in helping me retrieve a money order after trying to tell me that my debit card was a credit card. After being declined assistance at the n tryon location this was the next closest location the young man at the register was very helpful and successfully was able to process my debit bank card. I was in and out of that store within minutes. I wish I would’ve caught his name he even verified that my debit card was in fact not popping up in the system as a credit card. Thanks again for your help and assistance.
