  They were out of water cups, I said “can I just have a regular cup and get water?”. Was told no they can’t do that.. lol

  Most horribly put together burger I've ever had at any location up and down the east coast!!! You can tell that asking for extra onions strikes a nerve because not only did the add extra they added a extra whole onion as well. That's the only thing special on the order. So if something that small bothers them I'd prefer to go out my way to another location or skip the establishment all together. I don't need a burger that looks like their attitude! Also EVERY location I've been to for pick up has dropped the fries once I got there. Not precook them and let them sit on the shelf to freeze to death. Thanks but no thanks.

  I really try not leave any bad reviews but this one right here. I went in on a Monday ordered a veggie bun ( was delicious )with fries no salt ( bc they’re always so heavy on the salt) I had to get back to work and as I was in my vehicle at the light I was cleaning my hands to start eating and realized they put salt on my fries, wasn’t just salt but seemed like half the bottle. I tried calling all the way to I clocked back in. It was horrible. They never answered, I called when I got off work. Someone picked up a few times and hang up, or the line just goes busy. I called again the next day and still the same thing. So I screenshot every call I made to them. I finally went beck up there Thursday and explained to them what happened and the manager said that their phone lines are down. Like really how is that possible and ppl were coming in picking up orders. Anyways, the manager was extremely nice to make my fries over, then I added on a veggie bun(was delicious), another order of fries with a hamburger. Again I had to get back to work, so once again I was in my vehicle at the light cleaning my hands to start eating my food. The fries were extremely hard- now how was that even possible, the fries were beautiful brown but hard like they were fries from the night before. I should’ve known better and checked them before I left, but no. My coworker can vouch for it, bc the other order was for her. At this point I’m sure they did it to be smart. What goes around comes around. Don’t care how good the veggie bun was, I won’t be going back and I wouldn’t recommend this location if it was the last one standing.

  Admittedly it was late afternoon when I went, but the food was cooked quickly and exactly to order. Actually one of the best burgers I've had recently. Didn't order fries or shake. Syrup in the soda machine seemed to be low as much soda tasted a bit less sweet than I should, but didn't stop me from getting a refills. Parking on that location can be a bit of a challenge. I would go to this location again when I am in that area of time.

  Burgers amazing but fries were laking severely! If the cooking oil is fresh they are great but if it's in the few days prior to filter and change, pass on the fries!
