At least someone should’ve told me there were no pickles when I ordered my food instead of after I got it?? Absolutely absurd. Would not have even came in here if I knew there were no pickles.

Now the service feels slow and unmotivated and the staff often come across as disengaged and lacking any real personality. Every visit also feels more expensive than it should be, to the point where it genuinely feels hard to justify what you’re paying. Because this is an independently owned location, pricing feels inconsistent and difficult to understand, which only adds to the frustration. The food itself is inconsistent at best—sometimes mediocre, and other times noticeably worse. Overall, it just doesn’t feel worth the time or money anymore. What used to be a reliable stop has turned into a disappointing experience, especially with so many better options in the Blakeney area. It’s hard to see a reason to choose this location over anywhere else nearby.

Their fries were super good, and they give really generous amounts of fries, even extra in the bag. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely go back again.

I put a complaint on their website. I have not heard back. no one picks up the phone. Can I get a refund or this made again?

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
