The cashier/lady who took our order had a noticeable attitude and was literally rolling her eyes at us, which is completely unacceptable in the customer service industry. Several other issues made the experience even worse. The drink dispensers were not working and there was no ice available. I also informed the staff that the ketchup dispensers were not working, but the issue was not addressed. The bread was cold, the meat was not properly cooked, and the fries were honestly terrible. Overall, the customer service and food quality were both unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues, especially the undercooked meat, as this is a serious food safety concern.

Not a huge deal but now that I am trying to get a credit for the milkshake I never received this location and Postmates/Uber Eats are standing firm that I DID receive it.. I will never give either of them another penny and hope if you read this you just go down the road to somewhere else that actually runs an ethical business. Been dealing with this for over 5 hours now. Its not about the $7.. its about the principal..
