- JKJared KaufmanApr 29, 20261.0I’m writing to share a concern about a recent experience at your location. I placed a mobile order and specifically did not include pickles, as I am allergic to them. When my boyfriend went to pick up the order, the burger was made incorrectly with pickles. He informed the staff that I am allergic, yet there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Instead, when he brought the burger back to be corrected, he was asked to open it in front of staff and physically show the pickles before they would remake it. This was very disappointing and felt disrespectful. Not only was the order made incorrectly with an allergen, but the situation was handled without care or urgency, even after being told about the allergy. I don’t believe it should have been necessary for him to prove the mistake by opening the food. Situations involving allergens should be taken seriously and handled with more professionalism and concern. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed with your team to ensure better handling of similar situations in the future. Order number # 433 6588 2609 958929

The burger was still hittin, but too much meat. No big deal. This time, though?! We order Cajun fries and got some heavily salted fries with like a dash of Cajun seasoning. Burger was over cooked and too cheesy. I asked for double patty and extra bacon. I didn’t want extra cheese. That just through me all the way off. This was not it this time around. I’ll chill off eating here for a bit and try again some other time. Just a tad bit disappointed that the only thing that was great was the bottled Sprite 🤷🏽♀️

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
