  Leaving this more for management because I actually want to enjoy coming here and would love to see some adjustments made. The lox bagel is being served looking nothing like the picture. There’s nowhere near as much salmon on the actual bagel, and when someone asks for extra cream cheese, it should actually look like extra cream cheese instead of a super light spread. I just feel like a little more intention should be put into the sandwiches overall. I’m literally driving all the way to Lake Wylie right now just to get what I was originally craving.. a real lox bagel with generous ingredients that doesn’t feel skimpy or dry. Attaching a picture below of the Lux bagel that I just went to get from bagel boat. This is what it should look like.!!!

  Stopped by Einstein Bagels to boost my energy for the day—great experience. Christian was calm, welcoming, and fantastic.

  This is the worst Einstein I have been to. Just a really unpleasant experience from start to finish. The coffee was almost transparent and the bagels were closer to a roll than a bagel texture. I could go on but what’s the point. Just find another place for bagels and coffee

  This location is constantly out of bagels and unfortunately this has happened to me multiple times already. I ordered Maple House and Texas Brisket for pickup. When I got there, they didn’t have the right bagel for Maple House and told me to swap just the bagel, so I ended up with a cheese bagel on a sweet sandwich. Doesnt make sense right? Then, after more waiting, they said I had to change the bagel for the Texas Brisket too. Wow, at that point I just asked for a refund. Total waste of time. If you don’t want to show up and leave empty-handed just to get your money back, don’t order at least from this location. GL upd: I came with a friend of mine on April 25 and had exactly the same problem. They didn’t have bagels as before. This place is dead to me now. My friend gonna leave bad review. They sell bagels and always out of bagels. Cringe.
