- JMJason Moore4 days ago1.0Ordered an iced coffee and a sandwich here at 9:30 in the morning. I was the only person in the drive thru. I pulled up to pay and the dude at the window says nothing but shoves the card reader in my face. At an angle of which I can't see the screen. After paying I got my sandwich. And then I wait, and then sit, and wait, and wait, and wait. I still needed my iced coffee. It took them 10 minutes to make my iced coffee. I had 2 people come and ask me if I had everything. I told them I was waiting on an iced coffee. But still I waited. And waited. And waited. Iced coffee. Cream. Caramel. Nothing fancy. And yet...I had to wait, and wait, and wait. What terrible service from apathetic employees who have no business working here. When I did get my coffee after said 10 minutes, I didn't even get a "sorry" or "thanks for waiting." Nothing. Just handed me my coffee like I hadn't sat there and watched them fumble their job.

Even after I had stood there for close to 10 minutes. I left. Won't be back. No excuse for this.
