My wife and I used to live near this location but had moved a few months back. Today, we decided we weren’t going to the DD location near us on Kings Drive. We came to this location and was met with the best food and service ever! The cook and the cashier deserve a raise!
- ARAshley RaySep 20, 20261.0If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Kia (the manager) is one of the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered in customer service, and I do not say that lightly. This is the second time I’ve had a major issue at this location. The first time, my drink order was made incorrectly. I had already taken the drink to my son in the car while I waited another 15–20 minutes for my food. When Kia realized she had given me the wrong drink, she told me I needed to walk back to my car, get the incorrect drink, and bring it back before she would give me the correct one. Ma’am, YOU made the mistake, I’ve already been waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my food, and now I have to go back outside to retrieve the drink from my son before you’ll correct it? But I did it and let it go. Today was even worse. The drive-thru was backed up with about 10 cars, so I went inside, where there was no line. I ordered and paid for a drink at the kiosk. Another employee told Kia what I had ordered, and she responded that she had to make the drinks in the order they came in. I ORDERED AND PAID INSIDE, NOT ONLINE. At that point, I requested a refund. She then told me I would have to wait until she finished the other orders before she could refund me. I simply left and decided to dispute the charge with my bank. I truly cannot make this stuff up. Two separate visits, two completely avoidable issues, and absolutely no sense of urgency, common sense, or customer service. I will never return to this location. Kia desperately needs additional training in both basic operations and customer service. All three of her staff members looked confused by her behavior. It wasn’t just me!
