  I came in here this morning on the way to my son’s school. First visit. As soon as I opened the door, you could hear and feel the wonderful environment this manager has created. Everyone happy and smiling; employee saying good morning-I’ll be right with you as he was making a coffee for a customer. Best Dunkin I’ve ever been in. Keep it up!

  For a brand new location you would think they would be more mindful of who they hire? I can see why of all the Dunkin locations this one has by far the lowest ratings. I go through this location frequently less than a mile from my house. I ordered a large, hot sugar free latte. The girl tries to hand me an iced one without speaking a word. A guy (pleasant) had taken my payment a few minutes prior. I told her, “sorry, it’s supposed to be hot”. She looks me up and down without speaking a word like remaking the drink correctly was coming out of her paycheck. She appears a few minutes later. Again, without speaking a single word to me, giving me a dirty look. So, I parked and went inside to ask her what her problem was. She tells me, “to get out of her store”, then I asked “do you own this store or are you a manager?” And she says, “no”. Still thinking she’s almighty and something special she tries to be dismissive of me, and tells me, “you have a good day”. Let’s just hope she finishes her shift and realizes people aren’t paying for coffee to also get a side of her attitude. Who trains these people to walk up to the window and not even say, “hello”? She did have a mic on so I think she may have been the one who took my order?? I wish I got her name, she had red hair. Some of their other staff are amazing. One day, I did come through. They were short staff. They were blasting explicit music through the drive-thru. What a terrible look for a new store, or any store! Yikes!

  I ordered a drink and paid with cash. I gave them an old $5 bill for payment. I could hear a bit of bickering back and forth about accepting my cash. Eventually I was told I could not use that bill which was ok, but it was the stank nasty attitude of the “person in charge” that got me upset. She is horrible but the other lady assisting me was good. Cash handlers should know about currency. I’ve made purchases with old bills a lot with zero issues. Lost a long time customer here.

  the lady at the window this morning was so lively & refreshing!! the receipt says kendall so we’re just gonna assume that’s her name but you made our morning with your energy girl thank you 🥹!!!
