- SMShahad MansourMay 3, 20261.0First of all they don’t take orders when you are in the store. They refer to the kiosk. Finally a petite white girl took my order, they made my macchiato with 1 shot of espresso, it looked too milky, so I asked them how many shots and she said based on her training it’s only suppose to be 1 shot. She charged me for an additional shot and was arguing with me saying it’s suppose to be only 1 shot based on her training videos. Another girl that worked with her said it’s suppose to be 2, but they kept fighting over it. I pulled online search and it said Dunkin serves 2 shots, I always get this order. The service was horrible, I have never felt so humiliated, never coming back to this location again.

So I asked the lady through the drive-thru is there any kind of neat drink that I can have like what do you recommend and she recommend to have the pineapple mango lemonade refresher with two shots of coconut milk! It was UNBELIEVABLE! 😃🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! Give it a try, if you don't like coconut milk then ask them to recommend something else. The employees are nice and they get excited when want to be creative! Thank you Dunkin! 😋😋😋😋😋😋

Even the manager was not responsible. They were wearing headphones and did not care about the customers. All the orders were wrong, and honestly, I did not see a single person providing good service at this place.
