First I ordered 2 hot coffees and I got a ice coffee instead, alright no biggie but yk I still want my hot coffee so I go up to the register mind yall I was being polite and the audacity for them to deny my request! And not only that they still have the nerve to tell me it’s not possible to change the drink although I already paid for it! But anywho that wasn’t the only thing that happened because I also thought of treating myself to a small breakfast! Not only they did my coffee all nasty but they also forgot my sandwich! And mind yall i was in a rush that morning. So I had to paid for another sandwich! This is so unbelievable! 0/10 on everything! Don’t come here unless you want your coffee nasty and gotta pay for another meal because this is outrageous P.S my other dunkin would never!

I ordered the avocado 🥑 toast but it was terrible 😫, so I asked to replace it with bagel bites and she said NO again.So I demanded I get something else which was less than the original item I paid for,she finally said ok! But when I asked if I could get a piece of cheese and she flat out said NO! Terrible customer service and definitely will NOT come back to this location! I could do 💯 better job managing this place!

First sign of poor service was me waiting about 15 -20 minutes for a simple order. Turns out it was just sitting there the whole time, Girl behind counter looked at me with discontent and said “ I called your name “ . You did not , I was sitting 5ft away but couldn’t see counter. Upon receiving my food , the bagel was not toasted but appeared to be very greasy , hash browns tasted old like they had been reheated. I politely returned to counter, explained and requested refund from clerk that I had purchased from. While he was counting my money out , a frail looking white female with glasses ( they refused to give me her name ) came over and inquired what was wrong with sandwich , to which I said “ I didn’t like it “ Her: well what’s wrong with it Me: Do I have to explain to you why I don’t like it? Her : yea you do , so I can know what’s wrong with our food Me: Ok , well it’s greasy Her: well you did ask for bacon right ? At this point I’m agitated by the interrogation , especially because it stopped the whole return process and me and this girl are loudly arguing back about why I do t have to explain anything to her . Very rude and unprofessional , she cares nothing about turning up and being very ghetto in front of customers . Reported to Corporate , who quickly responded , currently waiting on follow up
