- TWTammy WoodsMay 28, 20261.0I just left this particular Dunkin’ Donuts, and although it’s two employees working, one of them I believe the manager (black man in black Dunkin tee) stood at the pick up area talking to someone the whole time instead of helping his associate work. When she apologize for the slow service, I told her it’s fine. At least you’re working as I went to leave he actually asked his employee what I said I believe if he was not flirting with the one customer at the pick up area, he could’ve helped his employee.

Finally a petite white girl took my order, they made my macchiato with 1 shot of espresso, it looked too milky, so I asked them how many shots and she said based on her training it’s only suppose to be 1 shot. She charged me for an additional shot and was arguing with me saying it’s suppose to be only 1 shot based on her training videos. Another girl that worked with her said it’s suppose to be 2, but they kept fighting over it. I pulled online search and it said Dunkin serves 2 shots, I always get this order. The service was horrible, I have never felt so humiliated, never coming back to this location again.
