  This Is The First Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to since I moved to North Carolina and it met all my expectations and the donuts were cute and good and it’s clean inside so you should go here.

  Hot food could be cooked a little bit more. Service with no one there was halfway decent and atmosphere was mediocre, all speaking Spanish with no acknowledgement to customers

  The customer service here was the worst I’ve ever experienced . The staff including the manager were very disrespectful when it came to fixing a drink order that they messed up twice . On top of this , the issue was with sugar ( the person at hand has to watch sugar levels , so this was a very serious manner . When the manager was asked to do a refund he refused .

  I used to stop here every so often for breakfast, and the staff seemed always friendly other than a heavy set Hispanic lady that always has an attitude when handing out the food. One morning I wanted to use the restroom before ordering, she was standing close by and I asked her nicely for the code, she looked at me from head to toes with disgust, looked away from me and mumbled the numbers while twisting her lips, it might be a Hispanic on Hispanic thing but who knows, her whole demeanor is nasty and she has no business in customer service, I haven't been back since, I don't need to put up with that nastiness when there is an Einstein bagels just a few blocks away, people there are well mannered.
