  This afternoon 5/12 /2026 around 1:30pm I ordered a a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese . I waited for the car in front of me for a few minutes. I noticed the driver returning something wrapped that appeared to be a bagel or breakfast sandwich. When I arrived to the window a young female with a black hoodie put the sandwich on the prep board where bagels and other food items are being prepared. This sandwich or bagel should have been instantly thrown out. This is how cross contamination starts. I noticed she was making a few bagels with my order and the initial bagel that should have been thrown out disappeared into a bag. I asked for my bagel to be done over because the initial sandwich or bagel disappeared while I waited for my bagel. I also noticed she did not change her gloves after she took back the sandwich because I was told that the bagel that was returned was an everything bagel and my bagel tasted like an everything bagel as well. I had to throw it out. This person was so irate when I asked for my bagel to be done over that she slammed the window in my face as I was speaking to her. Very savage behavior. When she gave me my new bagel I said thank you and she said yeah whatever. I don’t like to complain but with all the diseases running around we should all be vigilant. I just wanted a toasted sesame bagel without the hassle.

  This is actually ridiculous I came through the drive thru and placed my order was told to move up and wait for food which normally is not a problem until I saw multiple cars after me have to pull up and park THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE AS FAR AS CUSTOMERS AND BARELY ANYONE IN DRIVE THRU so we waited for the food and saw people who order after us get their food mind you we order 1 thing ! Extremely unprofessional we had to get out the car to go and ask where our food was for over 7 mins someone else came and walked in after being told to pull over as well , she walked in and grabbed her stuff and left while we still sat ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS this location needs to do better with their turnover times with their customers especially when the inside is empty !

  I usually pay 5 dollars for my coffee but here at this location it was $4 more . I will never come here AGAIN !
