  I have been here multiple times hoping it would improve not only with their efficiency, but their customer service. I have not only experienced personally the poor customer service, but have witnessed other customers very frustrated with the service they have received. Additionally, the drive-through over multiple occasions, has been extremely slow with incorrect orders. There has yet to be a time that we have been satisfied with our experience, which is quite unfortunate given we are huge fans of Dunkin’ Donuts, and this is the most local inconvenient location to where we live. In fact today, from whom I believe was the store manager told me “ does it look like I have your drink?” after I had to get out of the drive-through line and walk in from waiting so long because I had an infant crying in the back of my car. I really hope that they’re able to train or fix these issues soon.

  MUST GO FOR SURE!!!! I went for the first time to this location with a friend and I have already been to many Dunkin’s before but by far, this is THE BEST!!! SAM I repeat SAM was the most sweet, amazing and accommodating employee that I have ever met before!!! She has the most bubbly personality and made my day amazing! Thank you Sam! (And if you see this love your hair queen)

  Sam is always the sweetest when we come! Their vibe and energy is absolutely amazing! They really make the day better.

  I gave 3 stars cause they're new, but my wife bought 4 donuts this morning and they were gross. Stale and funny tasting. The worst Duncan donuts I've every had! C'mon guys I know your new but gotta do better. We wont be back for awhile.

  this isn't my usual dunkin' but i stopped here while i was on the road. my order was out quickly, the place was nice and clean, and all the workers were friendly, plus they were sufficiently staffed. if i'm in the area again, i'll def come back to this one!!
